906 was excited at the opportunity to serve as the architect for Goodall Homes as they developed 2920 Berry Hill in Nashville, Tennessee. The 38,000 SF building includes 3 floors of Class A office space, with Goodall themselves serving as the chief tenant in their new corporate offices.
The large glass windows, which provide a sleek, modern style, allow for maximum flexibility of an open office layout as well as copious amounts of natural light. The building’s most distinctive feature is a rooftop event space, available exclusively to tenants, comprised of an indoor lounge with a large folding glass partition opening directly to an outdoor terrace with views of the surrounding area.
