Magnolia Hall, a unique development in the heart of historic Franklin, Tennessee, blends historic preservation, community, and modern luxury living.  The project is located at the intersection of Boyd Mill Avenue and Highway 96, just minutes from Historic Downtown Franklin.

Built in 1840, Magnolia Hall is a stunning example of Italianate architecture and featured on the National Register of Historic Places. The mansion is currently being renovated, with 906 leading the design team. The creation of this community ensures the preservation of the historical landmark and assures its place for future generations. The development has even earned the tagline: “the street that’s saving history.”

906 Studio partnered with D9 Development and Land Innovations and worked closely with the Historic Zoning Commission and the City of Franklin to thoughtfully craft a neighborhood of ten homes that thoughtfully surround and celebrate the iconic Magnolia Hall mansion on the original 12 acre site.

Complementing the historic mansion will be ten luxury single-family homes, each designed to be historically sensitive and visually cohesive with Magnolia Hall while also being equipped with the latest of modern interior stylings and amenities. With architecture inspired by late 1800's to early 1900s-style homes common to the region, the neighborhood feels like stepping back into a preserved moment of Franklin’s past.
