Since that time, it has become the “crown jewel of the city of Franklin parks system” and residents have come together to tell the story of the farm through a collection of preservation efforts.
In 2019, Williamson County knew it was time to update their animal welfare facilities to set a new standard for animal care in the country. For years, the Williamson County Animal Center (WCAC) had operated out of a building originally suited for office space.
