The LeHew Mansion/Williamson Inc. Center for Innovation - Franklin, Tennessee

We are honored to have been a part of the unfolding story of the historic LeHew Mansion. The 1889 mansion was recently renovated to be the new Center for Innovation: the first entrepreneurial center in Williamson County located on a historic property. Comprised of 4,100 square feet, the center houses six unique office spaces, a kitchen area, as well as two phone booths for private calls.

Previously known as the Haynes-Berry House because of its previous owners, this historic mansion was designed in the “Queen Anne Style.” Steep roofs, a distinguished tower, a large porch, and detailed exterior and interior embellishments create an esteemed presence and nuanced structure built prominently on Lewisburg Avenue. Through partnership with the historians at the Williamson Heritage Foundation, we took care to refresh and preserve historic attributes of the mansion while designing distinct modern elements to create the best possible experience for anticipated occupants; where details of the past instruct future design, and future design inspires imminent innovation.
