Westhaven Resident's Club- Franklin, Tennessee
10,000 sq. ft. Resident's Club designed for a 2,500 new home development west of Historic Downtown Franklin, Tennessee. Resident's Club included high end fitness center, multipurpose movement studio, 40 seat movie theater, and development offices. Overall site development included a freestanding pool building with restrooms, snack bar, 8,000 sq. ft. resort pool with lazy river and waterslide.
