Clubhouse completed for Lockwood Glen apartments

Doster Construction Company recently completed a 2,800 square foot Residents’ Clubhouse in Franklin’s Lockwood Glen development, a 221-acre, master-planned community of single-family homes and apartments along South Carothers Parkway. According to Doster, the clubhouse, designed by 906 Studio Architects, will serve as the central hub for the apartment community. It is Doster’s fourth project for Pearl Street Partners, which is developing Lockwood Glen along with Crescent Resources.

Doster has completed more than 1,000 units of multifamily housing in the last year alone and has been ranked as a top 20 Multifamily General Contractor by the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Brandon Priddy, AIA Senior Project Manager graduates Young Leaders Council

Priddy graduated alongside 28 fellow professionals from the region, the YLC trains young leaders to effectively participate on the boards of local nonprofits.

Marcia Walker, a Florida native and graduate from Florida State University joins 906 Studio with over six years experience in high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
