McEwen Northside Community

At McEwen Northside, Boyle Investment Company worked to create a community that brought together the “work, play, live” elements vital to any successful mixed-use project. With more than 20 buildings spread across the 45 acre site, it has grown into one of the most unique and desirable locations in the area, boasting over 1,000 residential units, 500,000 sf of Class A office space and some of the best dining experiences in town. Open spaces for play and relaxation complement the surrounding urban fabric, ultimately creating a multifaceted experience for residents and visitors alike. 906 provided design for two large multifamily buildings with associated amenity spaces as well as a pair of feature retail buildings that frame the green at the heart of McEwen Northside, most notably the Vintage Vines rooftop bar that’s become one of the more distinctive places to grab a drink in Franklin.
