Williamson Health Office

When Warhorse Partners (as represented by Oversite Consulting) looked to develop the next great place in the growing community of Spring Hill, they came to 906 to shape the vision for all three of the buildings on their site. Primary among these was the three-story 36,000 total sf office building that would serve as a new Bone & Joint Institute clinic for anchor tenant Williamson Health. With an open, flexible plan and large windows to provide views and copious daylighting, this Class A office space quickly became one of the most recognized in the community. From the clean lines of the exterior elevation to the modern touches on the entry lobby in the form of concealed linear lighting and accent light fixtures, this office served to raise the bar in Spring Hill and create a striking first impression for Williamson Health’s new patients.
